Recognizing and Rewarding employees for Making a Difference!
Each Month FCS will be accepting nominations for employees whom exhibit the following criteria:
SUPPORT the FCS Mission—Exceed service, quality of care, productivity and exhibit superior positive attitude.
TEAMWORK – Exceptionally effective and cooperative, exceeding expectations of their program or department.
ACTING as an AGENT for CHANGE – Exceptional skills with individual advocacy and/or team leadership resulting in the accomplishment of significant goals leading to greater effectiveness.
RESOURCEFUL – Innovative/Creative and gets results in time and dollar savings, revenue enhancement, and productivity improvement ultimately benefiting the organization and its individuals.
